Openmeeting is awesome
| March 20th, 2009OpenMeetings is just too awesome, you have to seriously check it out if you use conferencing in any way.I know i should be getting out a live cd immediately for this as there is none yet. but cant help trying to poke in all the parts of openmeetings and finding out exactly what all it can do, i have even downloaded the source code compiled and tried it, which is a first for me as i have never really worked on Java related programs before.
Just the possibilities are mind-boggling, vad based video switching, integration with asterisk, induction of direct vnc. I aint turning back on openmeetings till all these things are done and im going to try myself somehow or the other,
the community is a nice one, specially sebastian ( the project owner ) and smoeker, who has immense patience with newbies like me.
